Prospanica NY: Mentor Program '19
In 2019, the Prospanica New York chapter launched its first-ever Mentor Program. Understanding the challenges professionals face in the workplace, they sought to team up with companies to support a mentor program that connected mentees with mentors outside of the company. The goal: "connecting" through mentoring, which resulted in a successful launch with nationwide accreditation.

The design approach was to be geometric using line icons, contrasting colors and shapes. Think of this style as corporate, only less boring.

Bookmarks were created as part of the material for the launch event. Upcoming webinars for the program cohort were featured in the back.

A "participant" portfolio (US Letter) was commissioned as a "who's who" amongst all the mentor and mentees participating in the program.

Since the program was exclusive and not available to the public, a limited number of social media graphics were created.
